Meet Our Founder Larken

Larken has centered her career around helping people feel better in their own bodies. Through her love for yoga and massage she continues to see people connect mind and body and feels so lucky to be able to facilitate that.  She really believes the better you feel, the better around you will feel, the better our community will be!

In her free time you can find Larken hiking in the mountains with her dog, paddle boarding, traveling, collecting tarot cards, playing board games or pinball. She is always looking for the best pizza in the area and willing to debate who makes it.

Laura Golay

Laura Golay has been a Bodyworker in Colorado for over 25 years. She started with her certification from Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2000. She returned in 2002 for the AOS degree program specializing in Cranial Sacral Therapy and Sports Massage. She began teaching bodywork classes for CSHA in 2003 and science based classes in 2005. She then continued her education in 2010 taking neuroscience classes at CU and became the head of the science department at CSHA in 2017. That same year she received her certification in Trauma Touch Therapy.

She was born in Colorado and grew up in National Parks where she discovered her love for the outdoors and travel. She now lives near Como, CO and continues to travel and play outdoors with her 3 autistic sons. Together they create art and play with different mediums. This has become very important to them the last 10 years and hope to teach others how to communicate through art.

Laura offers her modalities at her office in Lakewood and is currently trying to find locations in Park and Summit counties. She also offers tutoring in the sciences in person or online. She’s great at helping others put the science and bodywork techniques together to let them work smarter, not harder.
